Procedure for preparing KORI ROTTI :


1. Take a glass of dosa rice.
2. Pour 2 - 3 glass of water to the rice.
3. Soak the rice in water for 8 hrs.
4. Add 1 spoon of cooked rice before grinding.
5. Grind the mixture to Idli batter consistency.
6. Add salt to taste.
7. Put the batter on the tawa like dosa.
8. Close the lid.
9. Cook on only one side.

And finally your KORI ROTTI is ready 🤩😋😁
