Let's grill some crispy chicken wings on the weber kettle using the vortex attachment. I'll be using some Kingsford professional charcoal that I picked up on sale at Costco. Weber vortex Wings are my favorite thing to cook on the grill and the vortex allows you to really crisp up the skin due to it's high heat output.

3:15 - after 45 minutes lets pull off wings
3:39 - Taste Test, I'm very impressed with the Tennessee Red sauce.
