Boiled Chicken
Oil
Spice
Salt to taste
Paprika to taste
Red chilli flakes to taste
Cumin 1tsp
1tsp Black pepper
Vinger 1tbsp
Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1tbsp
Method
Boil chicken in salt and black pepper until done and shred it. In a pan, add oil and cook vegetables until soft. Add the shredded chicken and all spice and mix well. Cook until there is low moisture. Let it cool and fill in the spring rolls sheets. Stick ends with beaten egg

Tips:
You can prepare and store samosas in large quantity. Before frying take it out of the freezer and let it thaw for 30 minutes and then fry.
