Listen, guys, there is nothing more frustrating to a chef than when customers ask for things that are clearly not on the menu or want to change up the ingredients.
We work hard to get our recipes perfected— all the textures and flavors play a part in making that dish an experience.
So, unless you have a food allergy, try to order a dish as-is at least one time. You never know, you may f***ing love it.
