How To Avoid Hard Edges When Blending Watercolour
I had three questions on this subject:
"I often get dark borders around the shapes that I want to paint wet into wet. I wish I could avoid those. I really like your channel and your books! Thanks."
"Thank you for this clinic! I struggle with uneven color. I end up with hard outlines on whatever I paint. Is that too from having too much water? Not enough pigment? How do I fix this? Thank you for all of your content"
"I’m struggling with hard lines when I try to layer. I let the first layer dry completely but no matter what it looks terrible when I layer on top of it. I use all Winsor and Newton professional watercolor tubes, dried in my pallet of course."
