2018 Power Plant Mall Expansion New Wing Walking Tour Rockwell Makati. Power Plant Mall is an upscale indoor shopping mall in Makati City, Philippines first opened in December 2000 by developer Rockwell Land Corporation a subsidiary of Lopez Holdings Corporation. It is the anchor establishment of Rockwell Center, a mixed-use area north of the Makati Central Business District on the Pasig River waterfront across Mandaluyong.
Rockwell Land has recently completed the expansion of the Power Plant Mall by adding another 5,700 square meters of additional leasable space, two VIP cinema theaters and a chapel on the upper floors. The ground and second levels (R1 & R2) of the expansion opened on December 2017. Cinemas 7 and 8 at Level R3 opened in January 2018.
The whole new wing that will serve as the destination for exciting fashion, lifestyle and dining concepts from a curated selection of international and local groups. To complement the experience, a hotel will rise adjacent to the mall. Hope you guys enjoy this walking tour!
