Mark Hatmaker is back to give us his go to move to end a fight fast. Mark is a student of the old school boxing, wrestling and ruff and tumble combat. Most of these techniques avoid targeting hard targets to avoid breaking any bones. So when keeping this in mind, Marks favorite go to target when in a fight is the throat. The throat is a soft target you can strike while still causing a tremendous amount of damage to your attacker. Not only is this an easy target to strike, you also don't need to have pin point accuracy when striking the throat. If you slight miss the throat, you have the jaw just above the throat which can result in a knock out punch.
