●Disc 2 Track 1 (On Fire) is the same track from Disc 1, but it's either from a different source, or was edited to sound like it was from a different source.
●On Disc 2 Dave's rap at the end of Somebody Get Me a Doctor is the same rap that was used to fill in after On Fire, again, to make it appear to be from a different source.
