1 1/2 - pounds of cut-up pork lion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp adobo
1 tsp thyme
1/2 hot pepper
1 tsp sazon
1 tsp Trinidad green seasoning
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Spanish thyme
1 Tbsp Creole seasoning
