Chop and Drop is a term that Geoff Lawton coined as a way of managing food forests and moving them through succession faster. We have worked with this concept in the cold climate and have found ways to apply it to our ecosystem. In this video I discuss how to use chop and drop at the Groundswell Center for Sustainable Living in Inveremere BC.
