CHAI MASALA INGREDIENTS
1/4 Cup (20g) Whole Cardamom
1/4 Cup (10g) Cinnamon
3 TBSP (30g) Black Peppercorn
2 TBSP ( 10g) Cloves
1 Nutmeg
2 Whole Mace Pieces
3/4 Cup (70g) Ginger Powder

CHAI TEA INGREDIENTS (2 Cups)
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Whole Milk
1/2 tsp Chai Masala
Sugar per taste
Just less than 2 TBSP Loose Tea Leaves
Just less than 1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Ginger (optional)
Handful of Lemongrass (optional)
Handful of Fresh Mint (optional)
