In this blog I talk about preventing illness and injuries, how to prepare your boat in event of illness or accidents happening. This blog is also about things that can trigger anxiety for many people and a few tips on how to prepare, manage and cope with those feelings aboard a boat
You would think that living on a sailboat would be conducive to a really healthy life and everyone would want to do it.
It is active, out in the fresh air, you eat good food from local markets and the stresses of a land based life simply disappear.
However, it might not be that simple....
