Ingredients/Recipe
cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
corn flour - 2 tbsp
milk(boiled and cooled) - 1/4 cup
mix well
break the lumps while mixing
flowing consistency
milk - 1/2 litre
bring it to boil
boiled milk
sugar - 3 tbsp
mix well
boil - 2 min(low flame)
add the mixture gradually and mix continuously
combines well
sugar - 2 tbsp
mix well
boil - 2 min
thickens
dairy milk choclate - 35 gm
mix well continuously - 1 min
choclate combined with shake
perfect consistency
let it cool down
sieve
important tip:
sieving will break the lumps
shake will be smooth
silky smooth shake is ready
keep refridgerated - 30 min
crushed ice
mix well with otherend of the spoon
cold coco is ready
