Guy Broucke, Section Chief, Natural Sciences UNESCO New Delhi Office, announce the launch of World Water Development Report on #WorldWaterDay2020 (22 March).
He explains the alignment of the report to the 2020 theme - which explores how water and climate change are inextricably linked. Changes induced by climate change will add challenges to the sustainable management of water resources, which are already under severe pressure in many regions of the world.
The report focuses on water's role in mitigating and adapting to #ClimateChange and its connecting role across #SDGs.
