In this episode, Ted @TheRealTedBaird and I start our day with a portage that we camped along the night prior. We are then met with a rapid that I'm able to line down before getting into a large yet shallow lake where we hook into some large lake trout.

We make camp after paddling a good distance and are treated to a lake trout fish fry and beautiful views of the sunset on the horizon.However, the beauty comes with a downside—the bugs are relentless, adding an extra layer of discomfort to our stay.
