While heading out to do a Livestream on July 4th, I came across a Pine Marten walking down the trail toward me.

I was not videoing right away so I needed to turn on the camera without scaring away my new little friend.

I've never run into one of these before and it makes sense because they are known to be nocturnal animals.

Before I saw the Pine Marten, I heard a red squirrel going absolutely nuts! The squirrel was barking like crazy and still was when I passed by his tree. I think the Pine Marten set him off.
