This new mini-series will explain how you can move more like Spider-Man! In honour of Spider-Man Far From Home, I'll be discussing proprioception, balance, reflexive strength, contralateral training, animal flow and more! Each concept is something you can add to your current routine, if you want to move a little more like Peter Parker (or Miles Morales).
In this video, I'm discussing contralateral training. That means training that involves oposite sides of the body across the "midline". Spider-Man crawls are the obvious choice here if we want to move like Spider-Man!
