La Pianstella is an exquisitely pretty stone farmhouse offering air-conditioned bedrooms, a private swimming pool, a large hot tub, and a beautiful garden. Safe to say that these are amongst the best views in the area, which can be enjoyed from the terraces and outdoor shaded seating & dining areas, and of course the pool. Such a peaceful and suggestive location makes for a tranquil base from where to explore the rich region of Umbria.
The pretty two-hundred-year-old stone farmhouse and its little barn sit in a garden overlooking vineyards and the hillsides which flow into each other. Much of the building's original character was preserved in the restoration, which provides comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, tasteful living spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and excellent bathrooms, two of which are en suite.
