After you can either import one of the below React Package:
import { Link } from 'react-scroll';
import { NavHashLink as Link } from 'react-router-hash-link';

If you decide to go with:
import { Link } from 'react-scroll'; then make sure to reference your id as "about"
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you decide to go with:
import { Link } from 'react-scroll'; then make sure to reference your id as "/#about"
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
