This video highlights the Government of Canada’s (GC) commitment to next steps in building a modern and flexible HR and Pay platform to better support the public service workforce in the future and some of the potential functionality and needs that users have identified through a series of workshops. It must be noted, however, that stabilizing the current pay system remains a top priority for the GC and efforts continue to be carried out by an integrated team comprised of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) representatives to resolve problems to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.
