YOGURT 250 GRAMS
FRIED ONION 100 GRAMS
MINT LEAVES
GREEN CHILI - 10 PCS
LEMON - 2 PCS
PRUNES / AALO BUKHARA 100 GRAMS
BRYANI MASALA PACKET 150 GRAMS
SALT AS NEEDED
CARDAMOM 2 TABLE SPOON (TS)
TURMERIC POWDER 0.5 TS
GARAM MASLA POWDER 2 TABLE SPOON
CUMIN 2 TABLE SPOON
HOW TO COOK TEH WALI CHICKEN BIRYANI ..? چکن بریانی
STEP 1: SALAN/CURRY MAKING
--PUT OIL IN THE POT & BOIL IT TILL 5 MINTS
--PUT FRIED ONIONS 100 GRAMS IN IT AND COOK FOR 1-2 MINTS TILL ONIONS ARE BECAME DARK BROWN
--PUT CHICKEN AND GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND COOK TILL CHICKEN BECAME LIGHT BROWN
--ADD TOMATOES
--MAKE THE MIXTURE OF YOGURT (250 G), BRYANI MASALA (150-200 G) & RED CHILI 2TS AND PUT IT IN THE CURRY/SALAN AND COOK FOR 5-7 MINTS
--PUT PRUNES AND GREEN CHILI IN THE CURRY AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINTS
--WAOO... YOU CURRY/SALAN IS READY ...!!!
STEP 2: MAKING OF RICE
-- IN THE HOT WATER WE WILL ADD GARAM MASALA WHOLE, 2 TS OIL & 2-3 TS SALT
--PUT THE RICE IN HOT WATER AND COOK TILL RICE ARE 80-90% COOKED
--REMOVE WATER FROM RICE
STEP 3: MIXING OF CURRY/SALAN & RICE TO MAKE BIRYANI
-- ADD 2 TS OIL IN EMPTY POT AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINTS
-- PUT RICE LAYER (HALF RICE)
-- PUT CURRY/SALAN LAYER (COMPLETE) AND DECORATE WITH GREEN CHLI, MINT LEAVES AND LEMON JUICE
-- PUT REMAINING BALANCE RICE AND DECORATE WITH CUMIN SEEEDS, GARAM MASALA
-- PUT ON LOW BEAM FOR 15 MINTS
-- WAOO.. YOUR SUPER TASTY TEH WALI BRYANI IS READY NOW
