Kazandibi or kazan dibi (Turkish: Kazandibi, lit. 'bottom of kazan) is a Turkish dessert and a type of caramelized milk pudding. It is developed in the kitchens of the Ottoman Palace and one of the most popular Turkish desserts.
Ingredients used in recipe: 300 g of powedered sugar
½ cup/60 grams cornstarch
1 cup/25 grams all-purpose flour
5 cups/750 milliliters whole milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
70 gpowdered sugar for carmalisation
Honey to sprinkle
butter (for greasing)
