Bill explains why he thinks it would've been better for Test more so than Big Show to be the champion at this time, how he felt about Stephanie as a character, also did he feel Triple H was an effective heel before all this? And, he gives an interesting trivia factoid about the drive-in wedding chapel in Vegas used for that infamous segment.
