Ivorian President Alassane Ouattara was received this Friday by his counterpart Cyril Ramaphosa in Pretoria, South Africa. The visit is the second stage of bilateral talks between the two heads of state. A joint commission established in 2015 has signed 9 memorandums of understanding in sectors.
