Another video testing the Vasto with a Dewalt DWP611 Router. The material being cut is HDPE or High-Density Polyethylene. Using a 1-Flute Endmill, 3.175mm diameter. Speed #2 or 18,240RPM. Did 1500mm/min runs at 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, 10, 12.5, and 15mm depths. All in all, nothing seems to struggle, the RPMs do dip a little with the heavier cuts as the router auto-corrects for RPMs. HDPE is super slippery and I had no dead-stops on the sides other than the clamps on top. Just became too much force and the clamping slipped.
