After hearing so many predictions about the winter of 2010-2011 being very mild, it turned out to be everything but that. Blizzards, blustery winds, and arctic cold became an everyday occurrence, and created an enticing, although unforgiving, landscape for catching some amazing action along the norfolk southern harrisburg and reading lines. In this 20-minute video, you'll see numerous excellent lash-ups, leased and foreign units, several conrail engines on locals, a sighting of 31J galloping through fresh snow, and of course the incredible scenery associated with this time of year, including a shot at a new location. So sit back and enjoy this railfanning journey through the winter of 2010-2011, and please like, comment, and subscribe!
