Otherwise here is the protocol I mentioned!

Rebuild gut: (The 4 Rs)
All four steps are done in order and last about 30 days on average. Everyone is different though! Let me know if you need help.
*1. Remove (30 Days) -
- The 5 causes: Food sensitivities (Follow testing results - Cyrex Labs Array 10 - IGG,IGA or Dunwoody Labs)
- Sugar and ALL Grains
- Processed foods (bad fats, caffeine, alcohol, gluten, soy)
- Dairy – even organic and Raw (For 30 Days, then reintroduce to see if symptomatic)
- Avoid Stress! Cortisol can have a negative affect on the GI system
If present Address Parasites - I like the GI Map Test

On a basic CBC an Eosinophil level above 0.3 can also indicate parasites
- Remove the triggers - (NSAIDS) pills poke holes in gut – Tylenol, aspirin, ibuprofen
Remove dysbiosis
- Max GI - 2 capsules on empty stomach - Best in AM or after eating something you shouldn't have :). This helps with Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) and bloating/gas issues
- Candida supplement
- Dsybiocide (biotics research) 2-3 capsules 2x/day w/ food
- Avoid antibiotics at all costs!

*2. Repair- Begin taking:
Vitamin D3 daily - If below 60 ng/mol - 10,000 ius daily for 30-60 days then retest
5,000 IUs daily for maintenance, Taken in the morning, with a meal (fat)
- 1-2 grams of fish oil (omega 3s)
- Zinc - take 3 capsules per day (PM)
- 225 mg of Magnesium (PM)
Take 1-2 oz of Organic Aloe vera gel - 2x/day
L-glutamine daily 3 gm - breakfast (smoothie or just water)
3. Restore (30+ days after "killing" the dysbiosis) - Begin taking:
- Well balanced Probiotics -150 billion a day minimum, sauerkraut
- Proper Nerve Supply - corrective chiropractic adjustments (also helps with cortisol levels and reducing inflammation)
- Fermentable Fibers – (Sweet potato, yam, plantains, yucca, jewish artichokes)
- Grassfed, organic butter (butyrate) daily
4. Replace -
- Betaine HCL w pepsin- take 2 capsules per meal
- Pancreatic Enzymes (Paleozyme) - taken with food
- Apple cider vinegar is great too
