Loaded hummus :
Ingredients:
1 can(14oz) chickpea/ 1 1/2 cup cooked chickpea
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove Garlic
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 cayenne powder
Water to blend
Toppings:
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/4 cup cucumber
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/4 cup red onion
5-6 olives
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Dash of cumin powder & paprika
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients to desired consistency.
2. Transfer it to a serving plate and top it of with all the toppings.
Notes:
You can also add 1/4 cup feta cheese in the toppings, if not vegan.
