In this short video Dr. Maciel introduces organising strands of Connection, Inspiration and Resilience - 3 principles that helped move us on from the pandemic - to see ourselves in a different way.
- Connection
“We don’t need to be alone, we can share what is easy but also what is difficult, knowing you’re part of a community where it’s okay to hold space for your practice.”
“The base for mental health - the net under the trapezium where you can bounce back.”
- Inspiration
“Self Knowledge - Knowing about my practice through others - I see myself in you, in the other, mirroring.”
“Translating inspiration into knowledge that generates sparks of action”
- Resilience
“To have the resilience to receive a ‘no’ and go ahead because it is a language where we can give a hand to each other and face this together”
“We certainly can organise ourselves in that things that are cloudy to be more simple, to demystify sometimes what creates personal blockages.”
