* 4 Pieces Of Red Snapper
* 1 Medium Diced Onion
* 1 Tbsp Crayfish Powder
* 3 Scotch Bonnets (Add more or less)
* 4 Shallots
* Thumbsized Ginger
* 1 Tinned Tomato
* 1/2 a Cup Palm Oil
* 1 Tsp Denful All Purpose Spices
* 1 Tsp Mixed Herbs
* 1/2 Tsp Ground Coriander
* 1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin
* 1 Tsp Adobo Seasoning
* 1 Tsp Badia Complete Seasoning
FOR GARNISHING:
* 3-4 Petitte Bell (Kpakoshito)
