After a long, exhausting day on the lanes, Ukraine's Dasha Kovalova will enter Saturday's qualifying round in 2nd place.
Kovalova led the field by 70 after the first six games at the 2024 PWBA GoBowling! Twin Cities Open, but turned in the lowest score among the 25 advancers for the second six-game qualifying block late Friday. Her total of 2,729 trails only Jordan Richard, who finishd Friday with 2,805.
In this video, Kovalova discusses some of the adjustments she made to her game in the offseason and why having her mother watching her bowl is so important to her.
