3 Slice Pork Ham
a Slice Of Carrots


SEASONING
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
Dash of Black Pepper
Dash of Black Pepper
1 Tea spoon Cornflour
1 Table spoon Soy sauce

METHOD
= wash pomelo peel, Peel off, Take out yellow or green skin, wash then Squeeze
= Boil water Blanc pomelo peel in 2 minutes .Drain up cool Then wash squeeze soak water in 3hrs.after 3hrs wash then Squeeze 2x flatten cute 2 inches
Slice 3 pork ham cut 1 inche
= Heat pan half Fry pork ham dish up . put onion and garlic fry until fragrance out add carrots add 1 cup water add pomelo skin then put seasoning mix well add 2 cup water to enough cooking mix well cover then cook 7 minutes in medium fire.. serve Hot ..
