Poland has seen a huge influx of refugees from Ukraine in the last six months. In towns all along the Ukrainian Polish border, these people were warmly welcomed. But only 300 kilometers further north, on the border Poland shares with Belarus, refugees from places like Afghanistan and Syria continue to have a very different experience.
