It all started pretty well, my first ever CRJ1000 flight and with a decent legroom, until I noticed that the cabin crew lied to me, which I found to be an outrageous behaviour towards their customers. Definitively an aspect I will not forget so easily next time I have a choice which airline to book.
This flight went from Frankfurt to Madrid, operated by Air Nostrum for Iberia Regional.
