Til ladoos are healthy, delicious and simple prepared with sesame seeds, jaggery. It is good warming sweet snack for the winters.
Make them, store them and have them whenever you want. It is a popular North Indian recipe that is specially prepared to celebrate the festival of Lohri or Makar Sankranti. Made with minimum ingredients, it does not require too much effort or time.
This sweet delight is extremely easy to make & is known for its ability to keep one warm even on freezing winter nights.
In this recipe, I’ve cooked the jaggery syrup to a softball stage. So, this gives the ladoos a soft and chewy texture. You can also cook the jaggery syrup to the hard-ball stage and you will get firm and dense ladoos.

Ghee – 1 tbsp
Jaggery grated -1 ¼ cup
