Ingredients (Portion good for 5-6 pax)
A pot of Water
5-6pcs of Fried Beancurd Stick
20pcs of Mushrooms
3 packs Meatball (about 30 pcs)
200g of Pork Liver
1 pack of Bak Kut Teh (herbal mixture)
3 bulbs of Garlic
10-12 pcs of Licorice
1 tbsp of Chinese Wolfberries
6 pcs of Angelica Sinesis
10 pcs of Red Dates
3 pcs of Brown Dates (Kurma)
500g of Sweet Intestines
1 kg of Pork Meat (Mixture of Pork Shoulder & Pork Belly)
1-2 tbsp of Salt
1-2 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
1-2 tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce
Garnishing: Coriander Leaves
Chilli Sauce:
Mix chopped Garlic + Chillies + Lime + Soy Sauce & Dark Soy Sauce
