I was lucky enough to have this unforgettable experience when I went on a wildlife safari in the Himalayas. It was a freezing cold day, with temperatures dropping as low as -24 degrees Celsius. But I was determined to catch a glimpse of this elusive and majestic creature.
As we walked through the snowy terrain for about 1 km, we spotted movement in the distance, around 1.5 km away, on the opposite mountain cliff. Through our binoculars, we saw a mother snow leopard with two adorable cubs, which was an absolute treasure to watch as they walked in the snow.
