I am standing at a parking lot where in 1945 as the war was ending and Hitler committed suicide here in this place located in Berlin Germany.

This small wooden fence is the exact place where hitler's underground bunker was present and the place where Hitler committed suicide. Germany doesn't want this to be a site for people to visit and gather. so leave it at this just rough unfinished parking lot.
If you come during the day, you will likely find a walking tour group standing in the parking lot, all trying to get a glimpse of information.
It is a great place to educate the future generations to make sure this never happens again.
