The creation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has seen thousands of new jobs in disability support.
Filling those jobs with well-trained workers is a challenge, and complaints about the standard of care are soaring.
But, as Claire Campbell reports, there are also many support workers doing their bit to improve the lives of people living with disability.
