Rep. Larry Seaquist (D- Gig Harbor) elaborates on a new idea for tolls in our current bridges. By capping the tolls as the current dollar amount, Rep. Seaquist is working to have the rest of the bridges fully paid with gas tax. He explains the trade off would be to continue the tolls for future maintenance on bridges.
