Chewy and Fluffy Mochi Pancake Recipe -
Adding glutinous rice flour into the pancake makes it super chewy and fluffy

🌸 RECIPE *5 - 6 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 30g glutinous rice flour
- 60mL water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 110mL warm milk (110mL added in two parts)
- 50g self-raising flour (OR 50g all purpose flour + 1/2 teaspoon baking powder)
- butter
- maple syrup

Recipe:
1. Mix glutinous rice flour and water well.
2. Pour it into microwave proof plate or bowl.
3. Microwave for ~1minutes or until the mochi becomes clear and sticky.
4. Transfer mochi into a bowl.
5. Add warm milk (50mL), sugar and egg and mix well.
6. Sift self-raising flour and combine.
7. Add 2nd half of warm milk (60mL) and mix well.
8. Heat the hotplate on low.
9. Pour mixture into circular shape.
10. Cook for 2-3minutes on low.
11. Flip once small bubbles appear on surface.
12. Cook for another 1-2minutes.
13. Garnish with butter and maple syrup.
14. Ready to enjoy.

材料:
- 白玉粉　30g
- 水　60mL
- 砂糖　大さじ1
- たまご　1個
- 牛乳　110mL (2回に分けて、加える。)
- 薄力粉　50g + ベーキングパウダー小さじ1/2
- バター
- メープルシロップ

レシピ:
1. 白玉粉と水を混ぜ合わせる。
2. 耐熱皿に移し、電子レンジで〜1分加熱する。
3. もちの透明感が増し、粘り気が出てきたらよく混ぜ、ボールに移す。
4. 人肌に温めた牛乳 (50mL), 砂糖、たまごを加え、混ぜ合わせる。
5. 薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるい入れ、混ぜる。
6. 残りの牛乳 (60mL) を加え、混ぜる。
7. ホットプレートを弱火に温めておく。
8. 生地を丸く流し込み、弱火で2-3分　焼く
9. 表面に小さい泡が出てきたら、ひっくり返す。
10. 裏返したら、1-2分　焼く。
11. バターとメイプルシロップをかけたら、出来上がり。
