This video is the first of a series of videos dedicated to helping you all increase your running speed. Here I am using the 2 point lean start to condition my 40 yard sprint and introduce the concept of having an explosive start.
I make brief references to the drive phase when running a 40m, 60m, 100m, and 200m yard dash and how it is executed from different stances. Thought they are brief, these concepts will be broken down in upcoming episodes throughout the series.
