Finally got the front control arm bushings replaced with solid metal ones from Ground Control after my stock one gave out during my race in June. I considered doing a polyurethane bushing on the car but decided I wanted to go as solid as I could because race car. It ended up being much harder than expected, but with the right tools and a few choice words, they are in!
I ended up getting a hydraulic press to get the bushings installed, but there might be other ways. I could have had a shop press them for me as well, but the press wasn't too expensive.
Special Tools:
3 Jaw Puller
BMW Trailing Arm Bushing Tool (not recommended for this job, I broke mine doing this)
Torque Specs:
Everything is 44 ft lb although the bolts for the frame are 44 ft lb then turn 90 degrees
