是在我家一星期会煮一次的甜菜根玉米汤
甜菜根具有很好的抗氧化、抗自由基能力
有助养颜美容、保护心血管健康、预防慢性发炎和抗肿瘤细胞生长的效果
有助降血压、稳定血压
能促进肠胃蠕动等功效
不需加任何肉类
甜菜根玉米汤都还是很鲜甜 连小孩都很爱喝

*Serving: 6-8 persons
3L Water 水
1 Onion 洋葱
500g Beetroot 甜菜根
2 Sweet corn 玉米
Salt & Pepper to taste 盐 & 胡椒粉调味
Transfer all the ingredients into the pot - Bring the water to a boil over high heat - Then reduce to low heat - and continue to simmer for another 1.5 hours - Add salt & pepper to taste
将所有材料倒入汤锅 - 大火把水煮沸后转小火 - 继续焖煮1.5个小时即可 - 最后以盐 + 胡椒粉调味
