The Ingredients: Curry
500g Aubergines Sliced
500g Potatoes Sliced
2 Small Onions
100ml Cooking Oil
1tbsp Ginger
1tbsp Garlic
1tbsp Mixed Masala
2 Green Chillies
Salt to taste
1tbsp Basaar (Curry Spice Mix)
1/2 Can of Chopped Tomatoes
Handful of Coriander

500g Chapati Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
Water as required
