Russell Findlay asked Humza Yousaf about a recent BBC Disclosure investigation.
Mr Finday stated that medics were banned from speaking to the BBC and that the BBC were not allowed access to hospitals.
He continued by asking the SNP to put an end to 'this secrecy culture?'
Mr Yousaf replied 'As for incompetence, maybe I should listen to Russell Findlay as he is certainly an expert in that.'
