This is 30 minutes of kung fu inspired strength training! You'll need some light weights (or use two water bottles.)
Back story:
This was the last thing we filmed on the APY60 project. We had filmed 21 hours of content in just six days and I believe we had already filmed two classes that day however I wanted to get this class in. During this same period, I was looking at the genetic results of hundreds of people showing that I large portion of the population needs at least some high-intensity training to more easily control their body comp. Anyway, we were all exhausted and you can watch me squinting with efforts and hear me panting instruction. If you look closely, you'll also see the glint of joy knowing the filming was done.
