This video will show you the difference between the power of the trail wrist (extension) vs. lead wrist flexion. The trail wrist is meant to sit into extension, can support our body mass and is also an extremely powerful position. The lead wrist / arm can then work very tension free which will then allow energy to transfer through this and into the actual golf club itself.
