Bhaja Masala(Bengali roasted spice mix) is an essential part of every Bengali Kitchen. My grandmother used to sprinkle generous amount of bhaja moshla on panchmishali torkari in the end and that would make the torkari taste so delicious. Now my mother uses this bhaja moshla to season ghugni, phuchka, churmur.
INGREDIENTS:
Coriander Seeds(Dhone)- 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds(Mouri)- 1.5 tbsp
Cumin Seeds(Jeera)- 1 tbsp
Small Cardamoms(Choto Elach)- 5
Cinnamon(Darchini)- 1
Cloves(Lobongo)- 12
