Namaste souls of light,

Welcome to week 2 in the short series where I recorded each week with a quick update saying how my 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training is going, what life is like in the Ashram, what we've been up to, a glimpse into the life, the food, the practice, how I am feeling and how the group is getting along. By week 2 things were heating up quickly with a more intense yoga practice, the philosophy getting deeper and honestly providing so much healing therapeutic tools to apply in ones life and take a deeper look. At times you felt like you were looking at your life with a magnifying glass, seeing where you got hung up and how you could move forward with more ease and grace. It wasn't always easy but in the end worth it. I hope you love these updates. I look forward to sharing more travels in India as well as future yoga classes!! Sending you love, light and healing! I also learned a new recipe this week that I look forward to sharing as well.
